Students will be taught the following skills or improve in the following areas:

* Learn how to play the violin or trumpet

* Learn how to read music

* Ear training

* Identifying rhythms

*Learn how to sing (solo or as an ensemble)

*Learn traditional mariachi songs

Tuesdays 6:30 pm Level 2

Mariachi Violin/Trumpet 2

Students will be taught the following skills or improve in the following areas:

* Learn how to perform as a soloist or as an ensemble

*Improve skills on your instrument

* Improve music theory knowledge pertaining to mariachi music

* Advanced ear training

* Identifying different types of rhythms and patterns

*Learn how to sing (solo or as an ensemble)

*Learn traditional mariachi songs

*Learn mariachi jargon and hand signals

*Learning how to follow using your eyes and ears

Thursdays 5:30pm Level 1

Mariachi Armonía 1 (vihuela/guitar/guitarrón)

Students will be taught the following skills or improve in the following areas:

* Learn how to play an armonía instrument

* Learn how to read music

* Learn how to play chords

* Ear training

* Identifying rhythms

*Learn how to sing (solo or as an ensemble)

*Learn traditional mariachi songs

Thursdays 6:30 pm Level II

Mariachi Armonía 2

Students will be taught the following skills or improve in the following areas:

* Learn how to perform as a soloist or as an ensemble

*Improve skills on your instrument

*Learn advanced chords

* Improve music theory knowledge pertaining to mariachi music

* Advanced ear training

* Identifying different types of rhythms and patterns and learn how to play them

*Learn how to sing (solo or as an ensemble)

*Learn traditional mariachi songs

*Learn mariachi jargon and hand signals

*Learning how to follow using your eyes and ears
